Mr Steven Saad is the founder and Principal of Certified Building Specialists. Steven’s career background and experience spans across both local government and private sectors, having held previous positions of Building Compliance Manager at Eagle Consulting Group and Chief Executive Officer of Trevor R Howse and Associates.
Having obtained a double masters and bachelor degrees in the fields of Building, Building Surveying and Fire Engineering coupled with his significant project experience, Steven has developed an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, the Acts and Regulations and Australian Standards.
